Mission Statement

The core mission of the Washington Yacht Club is to promote affordable community recreational power boating remain accessible to everyone in our community, promote the safe sport of boating, to provide and maintain facilities for its members in connection with this objective, and to serve as stewards of the health and welfare of the Anacostia River and its adjacent communities.
